We help our clients find talent for their companies. We look for professionals who meet the needs of organizations. The selection process has different phases and for AMAUTTA each and every one is important:
- Meeting with the client to help define the candidate's profile and understand the objectives of the position.
- Search for candidates, interview with our Senior Consultants, preparation of reports and presentation of a final short list.
- Optional, presentation of the offer to the candidate.
- Follow-up of the selected candidate's adaptation to the position.
