Business Plan
The business model is the conceptual framework that describes all aspects of the business. It is essential for any new project and for any Startup. The business plan is the quantification of the business model and the results that are intended to be achieved. It contains the various variables that make up the company's objectives and assesses the resources that will be necessary to achieve them. It is written before making an investment or at the beginning of a business and includes the successive steps or stages necessary for its development and achievement of the defined goals.
We start from the analysis of the business model through the Lean Canvas methodology and resorting to the analysis capacity that provides us with extensive experience helping companies to build and improve their own business models. Based on the conclusions, we draw up the business plan, which we present in a document that includes the following:
Description of the business model
Company Overview
Products or services and how they are produced
Projection of the Income Statement and the Balance Sheet
Cash Flow projection and determination of liquidity needs
Identification of the management team and its execution capacity
A valuation report is useful in cases such as the purchase or sale of a company, the separation or incorporation of partners, the search for capital or the succession in the case of family businesses. An external report makes it possible to objectify the value in these situations and other similar ones, and makes it easier to reach agreements.
Our methodology contemplates the analysis of the business and the company, the preparation of forecast financial statements and the application of valuation techniques. Among the known valuation methods, we use the discounted Free Cash Flow (DFCF), and we use complementary methods to confirm or correct the results obtained.

Investor Search
Growth plans or new projects require financing. If the most appropriate formula is the search for external capital, the process can be very complicated and requires expert advice. We have successfully completed several investor search processes for amounts between 1 and 40 million euros.
Preparation of documentation for investors

Coordination and planning of presentations to investors

In R&D-based projects it is necessary to identify and anticipate what steps are missing to reach the point where the project can be launched on the market.
The TRL (Technology Readiness Level) indicates how ready a technology is for its introduction into the market. These are standardized levels whose application is recommended by the European Commission for R&D projects financed with EU funds. The TRL assessment has already been used in the EU's Horizon 2020 Programme.
The TRL Maturity report is important when funding the research project is done in phases, typically in university settings.
The TRL evaluation is especially interesting for technology projects and technology-based startups. In these cases, having an external evaluation report provides security to investors.
